YK Dredger dredging rubber hoses are strictly manufactured in accordance with the industry standard HG/T 2490-2023, specially designed for high-intensity operation scenarios such as river dredging, port construction and waterway dredging. The product range includes floating type (for conveying only) and non-floating type (for both conveying and suction), with nominal inner diameters ranging from 100mm to 1300mm, suitable for transporting media like slurry, gravel and coral under the temperature condition of -20℃~40℃.
Featuring a highly wear-resistant synthetic rubber inner lining and a multi-layer steel wire/cord reinforced structure, its wear-resistant service life is increased by more than 60% compared with ordinary hoses. It boasts excellent pressure-bearing and explosion-proof performance, with zero hidden risks of sealing and leakage. The outer layer is UV-resistant and ozone aging-resistant, with strong flexibility to adapt to multi-angle operations. The flange joint design enables quick assembly and disassembly. Widely used in dredger supporting, urban drainage, mine tailings transportation and other fields, it provides stable and efficient conveying solutions for various dredging projects.
