YK HDPE dredging pipe floats are specially designed for the erection of overwater dredging pipelines. They are integrally molded from high-strength polyethylene materials and compatible with full-range HDPE dredging pipes with diameters of 25mm to 1200mm.The product is equipped with a double-hoop quick-installation structure, which enables fast pipeline fixation without welding, improving installation efficiency by over 50%. With strong buoyancy, a single set of floats can easily support a 6-meter-long dredging pipe, ensuring the pipeline stays fully suspended on the water surface and avoiding friction and wear against the riverbed. The outer shell is UV-resistant and seawater corrosion-resistant, maintaining its shape without cracking in extreme temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 70℃, with a service life of more than 15 years.
